NEW DELHI: Rising for the third consecutive day, the rupee appreciated 12 paise to 67.05 to against the US dollar on Friday amid firm trading in other Asian currencies.
The domestic currency had closed at 67.17 in the previous session on sustained dollar selling globally. Data suggesting fresh foreign fund inflows also influenced the movement of local currency.
